My device keeps turning off/doesn't hold charge

Let's try to fix this:

  1. Have you fully charged your device until the green light is showing before using it? Try recharging again for a couple of hours — make sure the USB charger is properly connected to a power source.
  2. Check your intensity. On the highest setting, it's completely normal for your device to last around 5 hours.
  3. Are both Love Handles attached properly?
