Let's try to fix this:
- Have you fully charged your device until the green light is showing before using it? Try recharging again for a couple of hours — make sure the USB charger is properly connected to a power source.
- Check your intensity. On the highest setting, it's completely normal for your device to last around 5 hours.
- Are both Love Handles attached properly?
If your period pain relief device still isn't working, don't worry. You're covered under our 2-year warranty. Just email us at hello@ovira.com and we'll organise a replacement for you.
